BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF SANSTHAN
सुखद जीवन संस्थान” एक गैर-लाभकारी, स्वयंसेवकों द्वारा संचालित संगठन है, जो समग्र जीवन प्रबंधन के माध्यम से सुखद और समृद्ध जीवन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए समर्पित है। यह न केवल भारत में बल्कि विश्व स्तर पर भी एक अनोखा चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट है, जो “जीसा थेरेपी” के आधार पर जीवन के रहस्यों को उजागर करता है। यह संस्था लोगों की समस्याओं का समाधान कर उन्हें तनावमुक्त और सुखी जीवन जीने की दिशा में सेवाएँ प्रदान करती है।
अध्यक्ष एवं “हैप्पीनेस गुरु” श्री स्थित प्रज्ञानंद जी (पूर्व नाम श्री एस. डी. वैष्णव) ने 82 संस्थापक सदस्यों के सहयोग से “सुखद जीवन संस्थान” ट्रस्ट का पंजीकरण करवाकर 3 अगस्त 2010 को इसकी स्थापना की। संस्थान ने 16 दिसंबर 2010 से किराए के भवन में निःशुल्क सेवाएँ देना प्रारंभ किया। 25 नवंबर 2020 से यह अपने स्वयं के विशाल भवन से संचालित हो रहा है। संस्थान ने अब तक 8 देशों के 368 शहरों और गाँवों के हजारों व्यक्तियों एवं परिवारों को सहायता प्रदान की है।
Sukhad Jeevan Sansthan’ is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to fostering happy and prosperous lives through holistic life management. It is a unique charitable trust, not just in India but globally, that unveils the secrets of life based on “JeeSa Therapy.” It provides services for a stress-free and happy life by helping individuals solve their problems.
The Chairman and ‘Happiness Guru,’ Shri Sthith Pragyanand Ji (formerly known as Mr. S.D. Vaishnav), established ‘Sukhad Jeevan Sansthan’ (Trust) on August 3, 2010, after registration, with the support of 82 founder members. The Sansthan began offering free services in rented premises on December 16, 2010. Since November 25, 2020, it has been operating from its own spacious premises. The Sansthan has assisted thousands of individuals and families from 368 towns and villages across 8 nations.

गुरुजी, श्री एस. डी. वैष्णव का जन्म 1961 में राजस्थान के चित्तौड़गढ़ ज़िले के भादसोड़ा गाँव में हुआ। बचपन से ही वे एक मेधावी छात्र रहे और उन्हें गणित, भौतिकी तथा ब्रह्मांड विषयों में विशेष रुचि थी। उन्होंने विज्ञान में स्नातक की डिग्री प्राप्त की और 1984 में गणित में स्नातकोत्तर (M.Sc.) की उपाधि प्राप्त की। इसके पश्चात उन्होंने बैंकिंग क्षेत्र में प्रवेश किया और 38 वर्षों तक बैंक मैनेजर के रूप में सेवा देने के बाद, 2021 में सीनियर मैनेजर पद से सेवानिवृत्त हुए। “जीसा थेरेपी” के माध्यम से हजारों व्यक्तियों और परिवारों ने अपने सपनों को साकार किया है और कर रहे हैं। यह थेरेपी आध्यात्मिक साधना, वैज्ञानिक प्रयोगों, और संस्थापक अध्यक्ष श्री वैष्णव के अनुभवों तथा उनके गुरुदेव के आशीर्वाद के आधार पर वर्षों की तपस्या और अनुसंधान से विकसित की गई है।
श्री वैष्णव के बचपन में घटित कुछ घटनाओं और परिस्थितियों ने उनके मन में मानव जीवन को समझने की गहरी जिज्ञासा उत्पन्न की। वे यह सोचते रहते थे कि “जीवन का उद्देश्य क्या होना चाहिए? एक व्यक्ति के विचार और व्यवहार के पीछे कारण क्या होते हैं ? सफलता, असफलता, रोग, तनाव तथा जन्म और मृत्यु से जुड़े अनेक प्रश्नों के उत्तर खोजने की उनकी जिज्ञासा ने उन्हें 1978 में दसवीं कक्षा के दौरान ही शोध और अध्ययन प्रारंभ करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने 1984 में गणित में एम.एससी. की और 1985 में बैंकिंग सेवा में चयनित होकर जनवरी 1985 से बैंक मैनेजर के रूप में कार्य करना आरंभ किया। अपनी स्कूल और कॉलेज शिक्षा के साथ-साथ बैंकिंग करियर में भी उन्होंने अपना अध्ययन और शोध कार्य लगातार जारी रखा।
2002 तक, उन्होंने भौतिक और आध्यात्मिक जीवन पर आधारित लगभग सभी जिज्ञासाओं के उत्तर प्राप्त कर लिए थे और जीवन को सुखद बनाने के रहस्य को जानने के बाद उन्होंने 2003 से “न शुल्क – न शोहरत” (No Fees & No Fame) के सिद्धांत पर आमजन की सेवा करने का संकल्प लिया। उन्होंने हर रविवार अपने निवास पर सेवाएँ देना आरंभ किया। 2021 में वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक पद से सेवानिवृत्त होने के बाद से वे संस्थान के नए परिसर से पूर्णकालिक सेवा प्रदान कर रहे हैं।
Guruji , School name Shri S.D.Vaishnav born at Bhadsora Village in Chittorgarh District in 1961 . Since the childhood he was a brilliant student and keen interest in Mathematics , Physics & The Universe . After getting a Bachelor Degree in Science he did Master’s Degree in Mathematics in 1984 . After which, He joined Banking sector and Bank Manager rendered his services for 38 years and retired from Senior Manager in 2021.
Thousands of individuals and families have realized, and continue to realize, their dreams through “JeeSa Therapy.” This therapy was developed over many years of spiritual practice, science-based experiments, and the experiences of the Founder Chairman, Shri Vaishnav, along with the blessings of his Gurudev. Certain incidents and circumstances during Shri Vaishnav’s childhood sparked a deep curiosity in him to understand human life. He pondered questions like, “What should be the purpose of life? What are the reasons behind a person’s various behaviors and thoughts?”
His curiosity to find answers to success, failure, disease, stress, and numerous questions related to birth and death inspired him to begin his research and studies while in the tenth standard in 1978. He earned an M.Sc. in Mathematics in 1984 and, after being selected for Banking Services, began working as a Bank Manager in January 1985. Throughout his school and college education and his banking career, he continued his research and studies. By 2002, having discovered solutions to nearly all his curiosities based on material and spiritual life, and uncovering the secret to transforming life into a pleasant one, he resolved to serve the common man based on the principle of “No Fees & No Fame” starting in 2003. He began providing services every Sunday at his residence. After retiring as a Senior Manager from Bank Service in 2021, he has been offering full-time services at the Sansthan’s new premises.
